  Fluorine lined butterfly valve under the characteristics:

  1. Truss type butterfly plate structure: high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance. Hard seal butterfly valve seat and butterfly plate almost no wear, with more view more tight sealing function.

  2, metal seal butterfly valve structure: stem axis and butterfly plate sealing surface offset between A size A, and valve body channel axis offset a size B, valve seat axis and valve body channel axis to form an eccentric Angle a, so the formation of three eccentric.   4, soft and hard laminated metal seal structure: butterfly plate seal ring using soft and hard laminated stainless steel sheet and flexible graphite combination, so that it has the double advantages of hard metal seal and elastic seal, both in low temperature and high temperature conditions have excellent sealing performance.

  5, two-way sealing: because the sealing surface cone Angle is less than the friction Angle of the sealing material, the butterfly plate is closed to the sealing position to realize self-locking immediately, and can withstand a certain reverse pressure impact.

  8. Sealing ring: The sealing ring is clamped on the butterfly plate by the pressure plate, which is easy to install, adjust and replace. The upper and lower parts of the valve stem are equipped with shaft sleeve to prevent wear and adhesion and greatly improve the service life.
